Seller Agreement

1. Who This Agreement Applies To

This Seller Agreement applies to all individuals and entities who register a store on Talio Square (taliosquare.international). It supplements the general Terms and Conditions and governs your specific rights and obligations as a store owner.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide valid government-issued ID, a selfie holding your ID, and proof of address
• You must complete and pass Talio Square's KYC verification process
• Your store must be approved by the Talio Square admin team before any listing goes live
• You may operate multiple stores under one verified seller account

3. Commission Structure

• Physical goods: 7% per transaction
• Digital products: 5% per transaction
• Professional services: 5% per transaction
• Commission is calculated at order item level — a mixed cart is charged the respective rate per item type
• No listing fees. No monthly subscriptions. No hidden charges. You pay only when you sell.

4. Founding Seller Programme

The first 100 verified sellers on Talio Square receive permanent Founding Seller status. This is displayed as a permanent badge on your storefront and profile. Founding Seller status is non-transferable and remains with the original store. It cannot be purchased or acquired after the first 100 stores are confirmed.

5. Listing Standards

• All listings must accurately and completely describe the product or service
• Images must be your own or properly licensed — no stock photo misrepresentation
• Pricing must include all charges — no post-purchase surcharges or hidden fees
• Digital products must be delivered automatically upon payment confirmation
• Service listings must include clear scope, deliverables, and timeline
• All listings are subject to admin review before going live and ongoing monitoring

6. Escrow and Payouts

All buyer payments are held in TradeSafe escrow — backed by Standard Bank, insured by Hollard, and audited by EY. Funds are released to your account after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after the 5-day dispute window closes. Talio Square deducts commission before payout. Payouts are processed in your chosen currency.

7. Seller Dashboard and Business Tools

All verified store owners have access to a full business operating system within their seller dashboard. This includes order management, inventory tracking, CRM, invoicing, bookkeeping, shipping management, marketing tools, and AI-powered analytics. These tools are provided as part of your Talio Square membership at no additional cost.

8. B2BLNGE Access

Verified Talio Square Store Owners are granted access to B2BLNGE — our exclusive seller networking community. Access is automatic upon store verification. B2BLNGE participation is governed by the community code of conduct, which prohibits spam, solicitation, harassment, and off-platform promotional activity.

9. Accountability and Suspension

Talio Square operates a three-strike system. Strikes are issued for verified violations including: counterfeit or prohibited listings, failure to respond to disputes within 24 hours, sustained misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity. Three strikes result in store suspension. We will communicate reasons and allow formal appeal before any permanent action. Emergency suspension (without prior warning) applies to cases involving fraud, illegal activity, or immediate risk to buyers.
